A working beginning.

WhateverDeli began in hospitality on Ko Yao Noi. Rice Paddy is the founding business: the original operating cell from which the wider work grew. Café Recharge brings another daily service perspective to the house.

Supplies, staff, invoices and guest communication do not arrive as neatly separated software categories. They meet in the same working day. Building focused internal tools became a practical way to make that day clearer.

A curated counter of useful things.

“Deli” is our shorthand for that idea. Each business and product earns its place by doing something useful. Some tools stay internal. Some move into pilots. Others begin a life of their own.

They keep their individual identities, held together by a shared standard: understand the job, remove what does not help, and make the result clear enough to use.

Close to the work. Lean by choice.

We build with a small, specialised team and hands-on experience in the industries we serve. Keeping layers and overhead down lets more attention go into the product and supports accessible, honest pricing.

The ambition is serious software without corporate theatre. Scope, availability and cost should be understandable before anyone commits.
