The starting point is the person doing the work. What needs to happen? Where does it get difficult? What would a useful first outcome look like in actual use?

We are a good fit when the problem is clear, the important users can be involved, and the owner can make decisions. We take on a limited selection of projects rather than offering a catalogue of agency services.

What should I bring?

A clear description of the problem, who faces it, and how you handle it today. An example of the current workflow is often more useful than a feature wishlist.

Can you quote a fixed price immediately?

Pricing follows a defined scope. We first need to understand the job, boundaries and support requirements. No price or delivery date is promised by this website.

What about ownership and maintenance?

Both belong in the proposal before work begins. They are discussed as part of the project rather than left as assumptions.
